How many times can it fully charge my phone?
You're looking at about 2-2.5 full charges for most iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones. That's enough to get you through a full weekend trip without ever seeing a low battery warning. We don't inflate our numbers — what we list is what you actually get.
How fast will it charge my phone?
The USB-C port delivers 20W fast charging — that'll get your iPhone from dead to about 65% in just 30 minutes. That's the same fast charging speed you'd get from a wall plug. The USB-A port and wireless charging are a bit slower, but still solid for overnight or passive charging.
Is it waterproof? How durable is it?
It's rated IPX4 splashproof, meaning rain, sweat, splashes, and spills won't hurt it. It's also dustproof and shockproof with a rugged ABS + PC shell and reinforced rubber edges. Toss it in your backpack, clip it to your bag with the included carabiner — it's built for the outdoors, not a desk drawer. Just don't submerge it in water and you're good.
Can it charge multiple devices at the same time?
Yes — up to 3 devices at once. You've got a USB-C port, a USB-A port, and wireless charging all working simultaneously. So you, your partner, and your kid can all charge at the same time off one power bank. No more fighting over who charges first.
Can I take it on a plane / Is it TSA approved?
Yes, 100%. The TSA limit is 100 watt-hours. This power bank is only 37Wh — well under the limit. Bring it in your carry-on and you're good to go. We've had zero issues reported from customers flying with it.
How long does the solar panel actually take to charge this?
Let's be real — the solar panel is your backup, not your main charger. Think of it like this: if you're out camping or hiking, the solar panel keeps topping you off throughout the day so you're never completely dead. For a full charge, plug it into any USB-C charger and you're at 100% in about 1 hour. The solar is there for when you don't have an outlet — and in those moments, you'll be glad you have it.
What's the warranty?
You're fully covered. Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you don't love it, send it back, no questions asked. And for just $19.95, you can upgrade to our lifetime warranty, meaning we'll replace it for free if anything ever goes wrong. We stand behind this product because we know it works.

I bought this for my boat and, sure enough, needed my phone during a serious storm. The marina had no power, but I was still able to contact relatives - if for no other reason than to let them know I was okay. Thanks guys!
I really want this item. My son has a great one without the iphone watch charger and it works perfectly. I cannot seem to find a purple one with only a phone wireless charger. Hopefully someone will see this and make it happen. Lol all in all 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Good job
This power bank is really good, have no issues with it, the light is also a plus.
Loved this with power outages we had it worked really great..
We took them on our International Cruise and they were great! I only had to change it once the entire 7 days I was on the ship and it lasted until I came home. The battery life is fantastic. They are allowed on all aircraft’s and cruise ships. Super durable and the solar power on it is great! Totally worth my money.
So nice to have this option when power is out. It charged my husband's phone in ten minutes and still had power to use.
Works well
